| Standard On-Site Inspection for Inkjet Printers, Laser printer and Plotters: |
- from £49.00 mono and from £69.00 Colour

- System Force I.T. will supply a qualified engineer with a next day service, to inspect your printer and diagnose the fault at a FIXED RATE regardless of the printer. Often a repair can be carried out without the need of parts, in which case, the only cost will be Onsite Inspection.

- A full inspection of the printer will be carried out by a qualified engineer; denoting the overall condition of your printer. The engineer will then be able to determine in their opinion whether the components will endure a further 12months*

- For those urgent repairs we offer a Same Day Onsite Inspection at a FIXED RATE regardless of the printer.

- Our qualified engineers carry an extensive range of parts necessary to repair your printer on the first visit, reducing costly down time to a minimum. Often a repair can be carried out without the need of parts, in which case, the only cost will be Onsite Inspection.

- Only upon authorization from the client will any
parts be installed from stock carried within the
engineers vehicle; enabling a repair to be carried
out on the initial visit.

- If our engineer feels a Service/ Clean is required you will be advised onsite. This is an additional cost which starts from only £25.00 depending on your printer make and model. No additional work will be carried out or parts installed without first obtaining authorization. When the repair is complete the engineer will write his report, leaving a copy with the printer user as a history of work carried out on that printer.

| * Ideally for both parties, we do not want to be called out to the same printer within 12 months of the repair. With this in mind the engineer will advise of any worn or damaged components and quote for their replacement. |
